Family Home near Capital Trail
We have a large, family home in a safe neighborhood near the Capital Trail. The home includes couple and adult son. We offer two bedrooms. First floor bedroom contains a double bed, dresser, desk, TV, small refrigerator, and bedside table. The... bedroom has a hall closet. The bathroom is in the hall. Rents for $700 per month with one month's rent as security deposit. Upstairs bedroom contains double bed, dresser, bedside table, and desk. Hall bathroom is shared. Upstairs bedroom rents for $350 per month with security deposit of one month's rent. Our home contains two Golden Retriever dogs. The boarder has full access in the home--kitchen, living spaces, and laundry. Wifi, cable TV, whole house generator, instant hot water included. There are no additional expenses outside of the monthly rent. Our home is located approximately 5 miles from campus and it is adjacent to the Capital Trail for biking, running, or walking. Must have personal vehicle for transportation.
