Applied here and got a promotion for first month free.
To my surprise my unit was switched at the last minute after lease signing, the bath was not in tact or cleaned enough after the last tenant, there are roaches EVERYWHERE, cracks in every wall you can see them coming in and out. Maintenance is too busy trying to be friends and hang out in units when these units are barely finished and horribly put together. 1/10 do not recommend

Perfect place if you want to share your apartments with rats and cockroaches and if you don’t care to be awake by gunshots at night.
Oh and be ready to loose your deposit, they will charge you for everything.
