1 roommate needed! Awesome house

I'm a rising Senior looking for a roommate to join me next year after my old roommate unexpectedly had to leave.

The house is super great - it's all furnished except for your bedroom. It has a tile floor for the kitchen and great hardwood for the...
rest. The kitchen is large and has a big fridge, freezer, stove, oven, and plenty of good quality tools. The living room has an unreasonably comfy couch right next to a huge window. The bathroom is in good shape and I keep it clean.

The landlady lives in the upstairs half of the duplex and is really nice. Lawn care and utilities are all included in rent. I really love this place and would love a roommate to cook with! Please email or text if interested!
