Light and Sunny Colonial Style House in quiet Neighborhood

The bright and sunny Colonial Style House is nestled in among the trees in an extremely quiet neighborhood. One can sit on the back porch and not see any of the neighbors. You do have a front porch and a back porch to relax and enjoy the outdoors....
The nice size bedroom hosts a single bed and a built in office set up. Great for studying! Lots of storage!!
You have access to a large kitchen, den and dinning room. You would have your own bathroom but, if there happen to be house guests (very rare) using the other bedroom, then the bathroom is shared until they leave.

The back yard is just big enough to have a tiny garden and 4 chickens. No rooster.

This neighborhood is great to walk around and get some exercise.
