Nice maintenance staff, unresponsive management
I rarely leave negative reviews, but after nearly two years of recurring issues, I feel obligated to share my experience.
The biggest problem has been the air conditioning. I have submitted dozens of maintenance requests for inadequate cooling over the past two years. Each time, I am told that the issue has been identified and fixed. Each time, the problem eventually returns. At this point, I have lost confidence that the underlying issue is being addressed.
To be fair, this is not a criticism of the maintenance staff. Alphonso, in particular, has always been professional, responsive, courteous, and genuinely helpful. He appears to be doing the best he can with the resources available to him.
My frustration is with management. Despite repeated emails and requests for discussion, I have never received a meaningful response regarding the ongoing HVAC problems or my requests for consideration of rent credit. The lack of communication has been as disappointing as the maintenance issues themselves.
In addition, there are persistent odors from tobacco and marijuana smoke in the community, and the property is showing signs of wear that are difficult to overlook given the rent being charged.
The location is convenient, and there are good people working here, but prospective residents should know that my experience has been marked by recurring maintenance problems and a lack of management responsiveness.
I sincerely hope management takes resident concerns more seriously going forward.

Awesome maintenance team We ask for 4 items to be done having just moved in.
They were able to accomplish 3 of the request quickly.
Also scheduled a follow-up to fixed the fourth because of need some supplies to finish it.
